Scholarship Details and Requirements

Details

• Scholarship Amount: $500
• Only available to students 18 years or older
• Students who apply must be attending a college or university during the fall semester of 2019

Requirements

We want this scholarship to go to someone who can look beyond themselves and is dedicated to improving the lives of those around them! Every student who applies will need to write a 400-word essay describing a practical approach to a healthy lifestyle during college or university years (whichever is relevant to you) and how these habits can be sustained over a lifetime. The essays will be reviewed and judged based on creativity, specificity, and grammar. All essays are due July 15, 2019.

Selection

A winner will be selected on July 31, 2019, and will be notified via email after August 15, 2019. The scholarship will then be paid directly to the recipient’s college or university.

We understand that you don’t need extra emails to keep you busy, so we will not contact you unless you are the scholarship recipient.

Necessary Documents Required of Scholarship Recipient

We would like to announce our scholarship winners on our website! If you are selected to be the scholarship recipient, we’ll need the following documents from you:

• Publicity/Liability Release (so we can announce your accomplishment publicly)
• Headshot photograph in high-resolution
